March 29, 2022 – Beaumont’s resident-owners were not looking forward to a two + year construction project…until they saw the resulting transformation take place before their eyes. Warfel Construction, engaged because of their extensive experience working with retirement communities, thoughtfully phased and parsed the project, stripping and recladding all building exteriors, including the windows, entrances, and garage doors, one section at a time.
Now, when you drive down Pasture Lane and pass the completed sections, it’s a tale of two Beaumonts: gone are the old stucco fronts, dowdy soffits, and aluminum windows, and in come the exciting mix of shiplap boards, colored cement panels, and field stone fronts to give both apartment buildings and villas a fresh, contemporary look. And did we mention durability? The use of largely maintenance-free materials extends their useful life well into the latter part of the 21st century!
